Alteration, manipulation, resale, distribution, sharing, or similar of this item (printed or digital), any of its elements as a whole or in part is strictly prohibited. You may not use the items purchased, in part or as a whole, or any of its graphic elements to create another design.
Copyrights of this finished work and any and all of its design elements are NOT included with any purchase and remain solely with Here's A Joke.
Releases
The Client shall indemnify Here's A Joke against all claims and expenses, including legal fees, due to the uses for which no release was requested in writing or for uses that exceed authority granted by a release.
Limitation of liability
Client agrees that it shall not hold Here's A Joke or his/her agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from the website’s failure to perform any aspect of the project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of the Designer or Client, any client representatives or employees, or a third party.
